Good day ladies! I have been doing really well with following meal plan except for today (low calorie count) but other than that, no treatment effects this week so far even though the pork I had for dinner was a little suspect when it came to actual fat I had to cut off :) I went a little overboard with working out today...did 40 minute speed walking..then did 35 minutes of "The Firm"..then did crunches for the belly...but I feel good! Hello ladies! I am excited to report that at Sundays weigh in...I have lost another pound! Yippee! I have been walking for 3 miles every day and doing my strength training every other day, so that is great :) Been doing great with my meal plan as well and am glad to see you all doing good too! Alright ladies..did my weigh in last night and due to all the working out I did yesterday....I maintaned the 139!!! But I have noticed my pants fitting better, yes! I will have to start measuring my self as well :) I am planning on running a little more than I did last night for cardio so I'll let you know! But I am sure that extra pound was water weight since it was not an issue last night for weigh in. I am so excited but have decided to go that extra mile in working out so these pounds can

O.k. ladies! I did a 25 minute Marine regimin based workout today, so I feel great about that! Me and my Brother are going running through our neighbourhood tonight so a lot of calories being burned today :) I wonder if any of you have had the issue where your weight goes up because of muscle mass accruing? Is that even possible? I have gained a pound it seems but it is almost that time of the month so maybe water weight? Any ideas? No TE's and have been upping my fat intake so I am close to

Good morning!! I have been doing well with my meal plan and worked out Sunday and Monday as well :) I just really need to find time for doing my cardio every day!! That has been my biggest obstacle because I run my business from home and some days I am constantly working! I have made a commitment to do my cardio today no matter what since I don't have strength training today! Hope all is well with everybody :)

Hello all! I am feeling much better today so did 2 miles on the elliptical but I really can't breathe (I smoke)..so I stopped! I am quitting smoking within the month so I will finally be able to do 30 minutes soon :) I have been good with following my meal plan and have had no TE's, I've been tracking what I eat and adding it up throughout the day to make sure I hit my mark. I appreciate all your help and will be coming here every day that I can to see how you are all doing and update

Wow Jane, I live on Boynton Beach And Military (Pine Tree Golf Club)!! How funny is that!? Where do you live now? I actually told my husband that I could only do 10 minutes on the elliptical and he gave me a weird look...then went over to it and turned the knob that controls resistance...then he said "O.k. now try"......then gave me another weird look :) So even though I am coming down with a cold, I am going to attempt to do 30 minutes on it today. I am pretty new to this as well, have been on the meal plan they select for me this week but I have a few questions! Do you ladies count the calories you eat throughout the day and make sure it matches up (if you are eating lean cuisine)? I seem to have a problem meeting my calories with the meal plan because I do not eat big portions of anything! Like with the mushroom omlet I had this morning..they wanted to have me eat a piece of toast with jam on it...I can't eat all that! So I am 100 calories
