Betty, It makes sense, just as your "why you need your fat grams" was a clear message. Unfortunately, 31 years of propaganda on the other side is hard to dismiss (but I'm trying, I swear!). Thanks also to your response to my other message , linking me to other relevant posts - the fact that you are monitoring the site with the overwhelming popularity is amazing (total understatement). If you don't mind sharing, I think a lot of us would like to know more about you - your story,

Anyone else doing South Beach? It worked for the first 20 lbs last year, but I got out of the habit and the scale has started to creep up again. I thought Alli would do the trick, but no luck alone, so I thought I'd try a one-two punch for the last 15lbs.

Rhonda, Your post was the most inspiring I've read since I joined "Team Alli" three weeks ago. I love your attitude, sense of humor and over-all take on dieting, exercise, and TEs. I will be 32 next month, so your story has helped me look forward and think that I don't want to be on fad and not-so-fad diets, promises to work out and "starting tomorrows" for the next ten, twenty or fifty years. A healthy attitude, realistic goals and ambition of being the same size next
