Hi gurls! How was ur weekend..mine was ok..i didn’t do much… My sink allergy was like death!! I was scratching my self like crazy..i don’t kno if u remember or not when I first went to India in oct.. I had terrible tummy ..so I took some meds..given my a Dr..dont worry J ..but the thing is I had a severe allergy reaction ..my sink is forever itching.. so when I came back here I went to a allergy specialist.. he gave me high dose of anti histamines.. it did not cure me… all

S, dont pay attention to ppl comments :).. ppl can be nasty at times.. wt gain can happen fur many reasons.. first try to figure out y u gained wt..is just by eating or was due to some other thing like change in medication etc...20 lbs is not big deal sweetie.. u can loose it fast if u really tried :) we all r here to help u :) r u going to start alli? talk to ur Dr first if possible.. good luck Buzz

S!! congrats on ur 9lb wt loss:) tht is really great :)... i too clean out my kitchen ...well several times :) ..i try yo get whole wheat pasta... let me tell u it does not taste tht bad:) even chip r whole wheat... they r kinda expensive but at least i wont be buyin as many LOL... good luck with ur furture wt loss :) buzz
