Re: Please send me your money if you insist on throwing it away.

Thank you Ali and Jennifer for your threads to this subject. I asked for folks to send me the money they would be wasting but actually, truth be known, I would like to have just half of the money I have spent on the junk diets. And good planning to both you two smart people. Jim

Thanks so much Carol Joy and Elia. Great minds think alike. Or so we have convinced ourselves. LOL. Jim

Please send me your money if you insist on throwing it away.

Everytime people ask me how I lost the weight I tell them that I learned how to eat and that Alli and this great web site really made it all possible. But many of these friends just want to talk about the treatment effects. Or worse yet, they want to tell me what they are "trying." Anyhow, I was just thinking today about just about every single diet product in the world and what a rip off they are, simply because they merely help you lose weight (at the best) and virtually none of them

Ok Elia on all the dance moves. Just keep moving and burning them calories. But do tell me. What is this copper, silver and gold thing? And why is the old man copper? I would rather have a designation of something else. Jim

Re: The Story of a True Confession of a Winner

Well Elia, I have never heard of Little Habana, but that sounds good. First I need to learn some Spanish, since I flunked it in college. My wife loves to dance and we all know how Cubans love to dance so I am sure she will be occupied. Hope you are behaving and staying away from the chocolate. Jamesm

Re: The Story of a True Confession of a Winner

Judy, I gave my new wife all I could afford, a beautiful and expensive gown to wear around the house in the evenings. And it isn't particularly sexy. Aren't you proud of me. But I did get her a suggestive card and told her I got some a prescription from the VA today which could make the old man feel young again. And I started to buy her some candy and Roses but she is a real jewel and will not allow me to buy candy at full price when it goes on sale tomorrow. Now that is my kind of woman

Re: The Story of a True Confession of a Winner

Betty, we have a saying that I may have already used on this site. In regards to Judy's wonderful ideas, this is what we would say in Alabama, where I retired from. "There ain't no flies on Judy." Do you feel the pressure we are putting on you. You no longer have a choice, you have a duty to help millions. If I were your mate, I would make you stay up all night writing. I mean a good book deal and you would immediately be on Oprah and such. You are going to make so much money that

Re: The Story of a True Confession of a Winner

Good for you Betty. I know you understand as much as anyone in the world what I am talking about and when you do write it (and it needs to be soon,) you need to put a photo of your lovely self on the cover, wearing black, so it looks like a good wind would blow you away. And if you need to wear a smile, think of me when the photographed does the photo. The way I see it, you now have an enormous opportunity and obligation to get started on this book. While we all know that antedotal (did I spell that
