Nice to know we are being watched.... I haven't heard a peep from Buzz. It is really strange. Look who's talking. I haven't been around for about a week. I weighed in today and I am up 2 lbs. I am blaming it on the dark Belguim chocolate I got from my friend in Germany. It keeps calling my name....... Back to the drawing board with the exercise. I am going to Hawaii in about 2 months and I need to loose some weight so they don't mistake me for a whale. Good luck Linda with your blood

Hi All, I'm glad to see everyone is getting out there and exercising..... I have done ok. I played soccer Sat and reinjured my ankle. Now I am going to have to take it easy. Since it was nice out, about 40degs, we went out for a walk with the dogs and enjoyed the weather. I know its not Florida but heck I'll take what I can get right now. Linda I was thinking yesterday about my son someday moving out. Who ever he moves in with better not be a neat freak because he would drive them nuts! I

I'm with the rest of you that have had enough of this snow and ice! Bring on the warm weather. Linda the only way I know how to ea hummus is on pita chips. I'm not sure wha else you can do with it??? I like it but besides using it as a spread on something I have no clue... I weighed in this morning. I'm down one more pound. I was really bad this afternoon and probably gained it back. A bunch of people were going out for mexican food and my will power went right out the window. I know

We got 9 inches and more ice! I hate this !#@#. It suppose to warm up to the 40's this weekend. Oh please let it be true. I played one game of soccer last night and I am playing again tonight so I am going to get my exercise in. I weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I will have some good results. I hope everyone is doing well. I would love to be in Florida with the rest of you right now instead of here. Diane

Oh my gosh patty. I don't know how the heck you do it! My job is a cake walk compared to what you have going.. I think you need the dark chocolate, a glass of red wine and a hot bubble bath. Now doesn't that sound great..... We have blowing snow too. I love this weather. not! Time to watch biggesst loser or I am going to break into the stash of dark chocolate I received from my friend in belgium. I am making my husband eat it so he gains weight. Can anyone please send me some warm weather

Hi Everyone, I am glad to see that I'm not the only one who doesn't alwayslog on..... sorry. I really tried to be good yesterday for the superbowl game and for the most part I did ok. I made all the food so I was able to make things that weren't really too bad. Still it wasn't easy to stay with in my "boundries" but I did weighed in on Friday and lost 2lbs. Hopefully I didn't gain it back. I did make a really good desert that everyone really liked. I used cinnamon pita

I live just North of Cincinnati and we got hit hard! It was so nice. Snow, then ice then more snow. Just wonderful! I can handle the snow but the ice really stinks. The good thing was that I got a lot of exercise. I helped to solve our driveway and then helped four of my neighbors. I just kept telling myself that it was good exercise. Hi Everyone, I'm back to starting over again too.... Yippee. Can anyone tell me how they handle their significant other when dieting. Mine has gone from total sabotage to I know what is best for you to eat, which I may add isn't the right stuff, so I will make your meals. I think I liked the sabotage efforts better. I hope others are doing better stayin on track. anything has to be better than what I have been doing. One accomplishment is I have made a little more effort to exercise. Talk

Hi Michelle, I would like to buddy with you. I need encouragement as well. I am 5'3" and 173lbs. I would like to weigh 135. I have one son who is 16 and one husband.... Who acts like he is 16. I have lost weight and gained it back. I am having a hard time staying focused this time. We recently bought a wii game and wii fit which surprisingly we are all enjoying.
