    I had contipation after a week, was happy to see the oils and stools but still don't see any changes. I have no scale because I got tired of weighing myself and feeling disappointed. I have no support at home so I am doing this myself. I don't eat enough calories and fat to keep this going. I...

    This is going to sound crazy but has anyone reported having cnstipation even with taking the alli pill? The reason I ask is because I think that the pill may-be constipating me!! If it does it is okay to take a mild laxitive? And will the pill still be effective for me?

    I have been on alli for 4 days now taking it when I should. the day before I really went over my fat in take (pizza) but I am constipated and I am drinking lots of water so what do I do just keep going and hope it will start to work?
