Is there any easy way to alter the recipies that are on the plan? For example the chicken and mandrin spinach salad, I didn't have any chicken so I didn't add it and I didn't have any crutons and also wheat crackers, with that said how do you make the adjustments w/o having to enter everything...

i have a food allergy, i can't have anything with yeast in it. and the alli plan that i have printed out for myself, contains meals with yeast foods in them. i am suppose to stay away from high sugar foods as well. can the dietians here come up with a better menu for me.????
