One question: what is the half life of alli? If I forget to take it before the meal, will it work if a take it within 5-10 minutes after the meal? sometimes I forget until after the meal. Is there any easy way to alter the recipies that are on the plan? For example the chicken and mandrin spinach salad, I didn't have any chicken so I didn't add it and I didn't have any crutons and also wheat crackers, with that said how do you make the adjustments w/o having to enter everything...

i have a food allergy, i can't have anything with yeast in it. and the alli plan that i have printed out for myself, contains meals with yeast foods in them. i am suppose to stay away from high sugar foods as well. can the dietians here come up with a better menu for me.????

I am curently taking Alli. Actually at the end of my third week and nearing my goal weight. Thus, I am running out of menu ideas and would like to develop a meal plan that excludes products made with wheat. Can you help?

I DONT LIKE MANY VEGETABLES, I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THEM AND CANT EAT THEM. I DO LIKE FRESH CORN NOT IN A CAN GREEN BEANS TOMATOES LETTUCE UNCOOKED CARROTS,CELERY THAT IS ABOUT IT. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE RECEIPES. OH ALSO NO ONIONS HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

I can't use artificial sweeteners (and I have tried them ALL) because they are a major migraine trigger for me. Is there an acceptable equivalent of sugar or other substitution that can be used in the muffins and other recipes?

Hi - I just joined today; haven't started taking Alli yet though. I am wondering if I could do Slim Fast while on Alli and still have the one 'sensible meal' a day. Thank you for your feedback and comments. mramos2268
