    I just bought Alli and registered today. My meal plans include whole wheat breads and cereals. I cannot eat whole wheat because I am allergic to it. - Foods made with wheat flour etc. are okay, but the whole grain products like wheat thins triscuits, total, special k, whole wheat breads etc. are off...
