Hi J, I use the low fat mayo without having any issues. 1 tsp doesn't sound like enough to be bothersome. I'd try it again in a few days and make sure your fat grams for the meal aren't too high because of something else - or maybe a bad snack? I use reduced fat Peanut Butter too. Mary

Morning all, You'll find that your nutrition log is extremely helpful. Go to your meal plan. Over on the left you'll see a link that says nutrition log. Save what you did eat from the day's menu. Add any extras you had. The menu doesn't account for things like cream or sugar in your coffee...
