    Hello.... I started taking Alli Nov 1 weighing a very disconcerning 233 and today weighing 215. Making that a 18 pound weight loss in a little over a month. I stick to the fat and calorie intake to the T. When I feel like I need to eat something that is not on my diet I think back to how I felt 18 pounds...
