  • Ugh!!! No weight loss this week!!!!

    Well this week I did not lose any weight I am keeping track of my calories, fat, carbs and now sodium and they are all within range or lower. The only thing I did differently is i stopped keeping track of exchanges. Could this be the problem maybe I am eating to many starches? I don't know? Also...

    Hello, I just started the pill and I had some questions. This coming Sunday, I will be attending a large family dinner party and I will not be able to eat healthy foods.
