I started weight watchers on Feb 2nd and have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I added Alli on Monday the 16th and have actually gained 2 pounds. I am really watching what I eat, and do not go over my WW points and everything I eat is low fat. So am I actually supposed to be trying to reach my fat grams now...
