    I have been doing this for almost 3 weeks and I have lost 5 pounds. You would think it was 50 by the way I feel though. I feel so good, I feel so much more energy and that I am in control. When the scale doesn't move, we just need to tell ourselves that two pounds really doesnt compare to clothes...
