WOW! These are the best ! I have tried numerous fat-free and low-fat brownies, which are always either very dry and/or hard as a rock (not to mention tasteless). This is like eating chocolate snack cake! I did add a teaspoon of water to help in mixing ~ they turned out great! Thanks for this recipe!

some mornigns, I put some fatfree milk in a cup, heat in the micro for a 1minute and a half or so. Then, I add some instant coffee to it. After that, I add an equal packet. There may be something better than an equal packet though (fatfree coolwhip maybe?) It tastes almost like a frappucino!

You know, I've been wondering the same thing. I don't hit my fat target for any meal and sometimes find myself adding fat just to come close. I never take one for breakfast because my breakfast only contains .5 grams of fat. I guess we should consult with an Alli counselor.
