  • How do I know if Alli is working if I don't have treatment effects?

    I eat a lot of oily foods, and I take Alli just to cut down on calories for several months now. I don't see any oil in the toilet or have oily stools, even though I should based on the medicine description. Is Alli doing its job? If so, where's the excess oil?
