    Hello Everyone! I have been on the ALLI program now 4 weeks. At my last week check in I lost a total of 5 lbs (yea me!) I know that this is good and I am staying on track... however my question / concern: I am a grazer, not so much a big eater. I take my ALLI pill with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner......

    I like your theory, BabyRN :) It really does make sense. My boyfriend is a bodybuilder so he is always telling me about muscle vs. fat, etc. I have always been very muscular; currently it is just hiding under the 'fluff' :) I am making progress and I believe as time progresses and I keep fine...

I have been working out on my Wii Fit and today I started my circuit training (we just got our home gym set up). This week I am feeling better and more on top of things.     Hello E :) Normally when someone hits a plateau for an exteneded amount of time, this just means you need to lower your calorie intake. If you were at 1800 calories per day, move it down to 1600 calories per day and after a few weeks (even a week) you should start seeing weight start coming back off...
