Baby RN... Remember it was one day and one meal. We are all going to have one those from time to time; don't beat yourself up too much over it. Hello E :) Normally when someone hits a plateau for an exteneded amount of time, this just means you need to lower your calorie intake. If you were at 1800 calories per day, move it down to 1600 calories per day and after a few weeks (even a week) you should start seeing weight start coming back off...
