    I have great news!!! On www.allrecipies.com you can actually find meals that you can easily make, sticking to the alli guidelines and all the information that you would find on a food lable is there for each recipie!! It is so easy! The website is also wonderful because you can "ask" for recipies...

    Anyone have an idea what to do with these left overs- and is this even something I should be eating?? They were grilled with little olive oil and course salt- then barbacue sauce.
